October 2011 Officer of the Month: Officer Aaron Quarles

March 2006-Officers of the Month- Officer Thomas Mayer II & Officer Katherine Rund
Officers Mayer and Rund receive the March 2006 Officers of the Month award for apprehending a burglary suspect via foot chase from a North side clothing store. Arrested were two car thieves while driving the stolen vehicle and concealing an unlawful handgun. Then they arrested an armed carjacker which resulted in charges of Robbery, Armed criminal action, resisting arrest and city traffic violations. In addition, these suspects were fugitives from the Hillsdale Police Department with outstanding warrants. Absolutely outstanding work.
February 2006- Officers of the Month-Officer Nathaniel McCraw & Officer David Rudolph
Officers McCraw and Rudolph receive the February 2006 Officers of the Month award for making arrests that resulted in information on drug trafficking through North County and North City. Seized during the incident was cocaine, a handgun, bullet proof vest and $30,000 in cash. Another instance of team excellence.
January 2006-Officers of the Month-Officer Jason Brandhorst & Officer David Hoffman
Officers Brandhorst and Hoffman receive the 
January 2006 Officers of the Month award for arresting 28 individuals with a total of 33 charges. These Officers consistently work above average and are deserving in being recognized.
